Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to contact@aplusaston.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
